If you are a business partner using Gift Verse to distribute reward codes, you are responsible for ensuring that your customers are informed about how their data is used in connection with your loyalty campaigns. VerseCity Technology processes redemption data on behalf of business partners but does not share individual customer data with those partners beyond what is necessary to validate a redemption.
Cashback balances held in a user's Gift Verse wallet are not transferable, do not accrue interest, and have no cash value outside of the Gift Verse platform.
